With this ticket you will be able to sleep over in our beautiful shared accomdation - 

Room types: Two beds in one room and Four Beds in one room.

This day retreat with Antarma will have mantra and relaxing vibrations, lots of high energy drumming, celebration and time for sharing your own hearted centred song or creative expressions, poetry raps and joyful collaboration.

It will be a life affirming, purifying and nourishing experience.

• Sitting together in Circle, welcoming and releasing sacred tears of laughter, grief and joy and inviting in the deepest peace
• Calling upon the energies of nature, Sanskrit mantras and songs
• Ecstatic dancing with African djembe drumming and rhythms
• Creative flow, poetry and prayer
• Universal heart songs with gentle guitar
• Honouring ancient traditions and welcome in joyful playful presence in the moment too!

There will be an opportunity to share your own life affirming chants, inspirations, poetry ,words and prayers in a supportive circle.

Timings:

• Saturday, 17 February 2024
• 11:00 - 19.00

1st half : 11.00 - 15:00 - Mantra and relaxed heart opening seated flow, sadhana, sharing circle, mantra and heart opening song, singing together and mellow vibes.

15.00 - 16.00 - Break and snacks

2nd half : 16.00 - 19.00 - Celebration, African drumming, dance, mantra, uplifting beats, hiphop lyrics circle.

Closing with universal peace prayers.

It’s much preferred and recommended that people stay for the fullness of the experience both calm and relaxed as well as joyful and ecstatic. It is possible for people to join either the down tempo (1st half) and/or the uplifting session (2nd session), depending on your availability and preference.
