Yin Yoga

Restorative Yin is a relaxing and meditative yoga that allows you to fully surrender whilst nourishing your nervous system. Great for reducing stress and anxiety. Through passive postures that we hold for long period of times we are able to engage in a deeper stretch for our body. This can really help to change the form of our posture as it works on the connective tissues, ligaments, joints and fascia. We will be using lots of cushions and blocks to support our relaxation into the poses, which enables all abilities to take part.
